Our Volunteer Code

1. WHO IS A VOLUNTER?

A volunteer is a person voluntarily engaged in gratuitous public activities. The volunteer is purposeful and always happy to help people. It's a patriot of his country!

2. WHO CAN BECOME A VOLUNTOR?

Anyone who has reached the age of 18, as well as a minor at the age of 14 years - with written consent of parents, adoptive parents or guardians.

3. OUR MAIN OBJECTIVES

1. Providing gratuitous assistance to people who need it.
2. Gratuitous participation in socially significant events with the consent of their organizers.
3. Forming a civic position, self-organization, a sense of social responsibility, solidarity, mutual assistance and charity in society.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE VOLONTER

* Accurately and faithfully fulfill their obligations;
* Respectful of other volunteers;
* To provide other participants with the most up-to-date information about the place, time and subject matter Events;
* To compare their interests with the needs of those around them and with the tasks of the Organization;
* Do not cause material damage to the resources and equipment transferred to the volunteer in temporary use for the implementation of volunteer activities and return them to the end of work;
* Observe labor protection requirements, do not cause harm to third parties by their activities and the environment.

3. OUR PRINCIPLES

* Solidarity;
* Voluntariness;
* Involvement in projects, events, events;
* Gratuitousness (the work of the volunteer is not paid, however, expenses can be compensated volunteers associated with his activities);
* Good faith (work must be completed);
* Legality (the activity of the volunteer should not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation).

4. RIGHTS OF VOLUNTEERS

Volunteering is a type of charitable activity and is carried out on the basis of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Charitable Activities and charitable organizations "No. 135-FZ of July 7, 1995.

The volunteer has the right:
* to carry out their activities based on their aspirations, abilities and needs, if it does not contradict the Legislation of the Russian Federation, the Convention on Human Rights, the Convention on the rights of the child, the interests of the Organization with which it cooperates;
* make suggestions when discussing the forms and methods of implementing volunteerism activities in the Organization with which it cooperates;

The working conditions of the Volunteer must match requirements of the current legislation and regulatory document;

5. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZATION

* Require the Volunteer report for the work done;
* To encourage Volunteer work;
* Provide an opportunity for Volunteer to obtain the necessary volunteer activities of additional education.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION:

* Provide the Volunteer with the necessary conditions for the fulfillment of the obligations accepted by him;
* Create a volunteer all the necessary conditions to fulfill the tasks;
* Explain to the volunteer his rights and responsibilities;
* Ensure the safety of the volunteer;
* Provide the volunteer with complete information about the organization's activities;
* Resolve conflict situations arising in the process of volunteer activity;
* To instruct the volunteer.

7. GENERAL ETHICS OF BEHAVIOR

* A volunteer can not claim and accept material rewards for his or her activity.
* In their activities, a volunteer respects the rights of other people, tolerant to their attitudes, opinions, moral norms, etc., different from his own.
* In its activities, the volunteer avoids any discrimination based on age, sex, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, this or that physical or mental disorder, language, socioeconomic status or other attribute, stipulated in the law.
* The volunteer has no right to carry out actions that may offend or humiliate the honor and dignity of people.

8. BASIC RULES OF BEHAVIOR OF VOLUNTEERS

8.1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

* All volunteers are required to know and comply with these Rules of Conduct.
* At events, the volunteer reports to the team leader, the site coordinator, employees organizations behind which volunteers are assigned.
* The volunteer represents not only himself, as an individual, his organization, his region, but and is the personification of the entire Volunteer Corps.

8.2. GENERAL RULES OF BEHAVIOR OF VOLUNTEERS AT ACTIVITIES

At events, it is prohibited:
* to smoke in unauthorized places and in volunteer form;
* use non-normative vocabulary;
* show verbal, physical, behavioral aggression to other volunteers, guests activities and other people;
* show disrespect due to differences in nationality, religion, age, prosperity, gender;
* leave the event before the end without valid reasons and notify the leader and the coordinator of the object (the coordinator of the function);
* endanger your own life and health, as well as the life and health of surrounding people;
* damage to premises, equipment and other material values;
* litter;
* to perform other unconvicted actions that are incompatible with the image of the volunteer.

Volunteers should:
* be disciplined, do not be late for the start of the event, conscientiously perform responsibilities and tasks of the leader, the coordinator of the facility, the employees of the organization, for with which volunteers are secured;
* to show courtesy, goodwill and correctness in relation to others volunteers, staff, event guests and other people;
* during the events, wear the provided volunteer form;
* take care of nature, property and material values volunteer;
* to observe security measures when performing job duties, to follow instructions of team leaders, employees of the organization (specialized organizations and departments), for which volunteers are assigned;
* observe the rules of personal hygiene, timely inform the leader about the deterioration health or injury.

9. SAFETY MEASURES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF VOLUNTEERS:

* In case of emergency, volunteers are obliged to immediately notify the team leader, coordinator of the facility, if necessary, provide first aid victims, ensure the transportation of victims to the medical center, in case of serious injuries - inform the medical service about the incident and ensure the delivery of medical workers to the victims;
* Volunteers are financially responsible for the requisites and clothes issued to them;
* Volunteers must comply with public order and safety regulations. On During the whole event, volunteers are obliged to obey the requirements of the internal order and follow orders of the leader, the coordinator of the facility, employees organizations (specialized organizations and departments), behind which volunteers are assigned.
